The College was established by Gobindgarh Educational and Social Welfare Trust in the year 2003 with permanent affiliation to Panjab University with the objective to provide excellent opportunities for comprehensive and quality education to the people of steel town and its surrounding areas. Since its inception, the College has progressed by leaps and bounds in Academic, Sports and Cultural Activities and thus, even in a short span, we have the potential to compete with best Colleges of Panjab University, Chandigarh.
